Yes, absolutely. All watches are guaranteed to be genuine and brand new with original box and warranty paper.

We accept PayPal payment. Through PayPal, you can pay by Visa, Master, American Express, Discover credit cards or bank checks.

Yes, absolutely.  The payment is processed through PayPal. We do not know, we do not collect and we do not retain customer’s credit card information or bank information.

Is my package securely packed?

Yes. We use three layers packaging materials. Our packing box is rated to withstand 200 lbs per sq inch bursting impact. We use anti-static packing peanuts to protect against impact and static damages. We use heavy duty bubble wrap to wrap your watches. Depending on the packaging content, we sometimes use DuPont Tyvek enveloper to protect against moisture damage.

Is my package insured?

Yes, all packages are insured.

What is the insurance claim process?

1. We will open an inquiry with USPS. USPS will contact your postal service and open investigation. Please note, USPS website might not show tracking. But your postal service might have the package information.

2. The investigation usually takes a month or two. If the package could not be located. USPS will send us the claim packet. You need to fill out the claim form and accept their Fraud Policy.

Insurance Fraud Policy

You certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. The submission of a false, ficticious or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of up to $10,000.00 (18 USC 1001). In addition, a civil penalty of up to $5,000.00, and an assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed (31 USC 3802).

Customers that file more than one claim may experience a delay in payment due to an increase in investigative time.

Warning: any fraudulent claims will make the shipper and/or consignee liable for any prosecution for mail fraud under federal crime code.
